Responsibilities
As an Application Development Consultant, you form the backbone of our consulting pool
You will be exposed to a little bit of everything with a strong focus on systems languages and choosing the right tool for the job
You will be working within a team to build solutions that solve real problems for our clients across many industries
Qualification
Required
Solid knowledge of a major web-focused language/platform combination: C# + ASP.NET | Java + Spring | JS + Node | Python + Django
Basic or better knowledge of front-end web technologies: The basics (HTML/JS/CSS) and a JS framework as a plus (Angular, React, Vue)
Working knowledge of software development processes, Agile methodologies, QA, and ALM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Working knowledge of how databases interface with what you build. Relational preferred, non-relational appreciated
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work our teams and clients
Preferred
Experience with one of the major Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with data layer integration technologies such as Entity Framework (EF) or Dapper
DevOps and modern CI/CD practices in Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
Experience with containerization and microservice architecture
