Hayward Holdings Inc. is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, and they are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist for their Commercial Aquatics team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and training for Hayward CAT Controllers and related commercial products, requiring a strong understanding of swimming pool water chemistry.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for CAT Controllers and other Hayward Commercial products via phone, email, and in person

Conduct technical trainings for commercial customers, partners, and internal staff — both in-person and online

Manage and maintain the Commercial Training Hub facility in Atlanta, ensuring it is prepared for product demonstrations, classes, and hands-on training

Assist with troubleshooting water chemistry issues related to pH, ORP, and sanitization on commercial pools using CAT Controllers

Develop and update training materials, presentations, and technical documentation

Support the Commercial Aquatics sales and service teams with technical product knowledge and field support when needed

Participate in conferences and customer site visits as required

Stay current with industry trends, product developments, and advancements in pool chemistry control technology
