They are seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to manage and convert warm leads, providing expert guidance and building strong client relationships to contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Client Advisory: Provide personalized, consultative, expert guidance to clients on insurance solutions that address their needs, objectives, and circumstances
Lead Engagement: Manage and respond to inbound inquiries while proactively conducting multiple outbound communications (calls, emails, texts) daily to drive conversions
Pipeline Management: Maintain and progress a structured pipeline of warm leads, ensuring timely, personalized follow-up and documentation of all client interactions
CRM & Reporting: Accurately record client interactions, decisions, and policy updates in our systems, supporting internal reporting and seamless account management
Performance & Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets by executing a disciplined approach to client engagement and pipeline management
Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand coverage and introduce complementary products, enhancing client value and organizational growth
Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner effectively with colleagues and leadership to optimize workflows, share insights, and maintain a culture of operational excellence
Compliance & Process Adherence: Follow established sales methodologies and company policies while tailoring communications to address unique client needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1-2 years of professional sales experience; prior insurance sales experience preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client interactions concurrently
Professional, adaptable, and responsive to feedback
