Responsibilities
Lead dashboard design and scalable strategy
Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders who have identified insight and process gaps
Champion design standards and lead Humana business intelligence into a more scalable and efficient future state
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of professional experience performing data analytics and building user interfaces, visualizations, and data algorithms
Advanced Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar automation and reporting technology skills
Deep familiarity with semantic models, data governance principles, and/or relational database theory
Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions
Preferred
Master's degree
Background in user research, design thinking, or scalable reporting strategies, UX design experience a plus
