Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
Advise clients on estate, gift, and tax planning strategies
Handle probate and trust administration matters
Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust proceedings
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate and business succession matters
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to the Ohio Bar required
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Commitment to excellent client service and attention to detail
Preferred
3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate
