Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across Private Markets
Develop and maintain financial models for fund performance, asset-level returns, and investor capital activity
Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying key drivers and variances
Prepare income and expense projections, cash flow forecasts, and capital planning schedules
Collaborate with investment teams to support new product launches, acquisitions, and capital structuring
Drive scenario modelling for fund and asset-level strategies, including valuation planning and investor return analysis
Support strategic initiatives such as fund seeding, co-investment structuring, and platform scalability
Prepare materials for senior leadership, investment committees, and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred
3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably, real estate
Strong understanding of fund structures and investment vehicles
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience managing third-party providers and cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
