BCS Customer Service Representative - Boyne Rewards
Boyne Resorts is looking for a high-energy candidate to join their Boyne Rewards loyalty Program team. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service and managing customer needs through a CRM program, including membership enrollments and account maintenance.
Retail
Responsibilities
Works with a CRM program to manage all customers’ needs
Daily phone communication with external and internal guests
Post missing points to customer accounts
Facilitate membership enrollments
Member account maintenance
Manages and creates gift cards
Limited website work
Answer phones and emails as they come in
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
1 - 2 years of customer service experience is required
Excellent writing skills to write product descriptions, chat online with customers and respond to emails
Highly developed verbal communication, and interpersonal and organizational skills
