Responsibilities
Manage electrical construction projects, including large-scale mission critical projects (e.g., data centers), ensuring completion on time and within budget
Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts, safety, and regulations
Coordinate project scheduling, monitor accounting, and maintain profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Lead project teams in alignment with company leadership principles
Travel significantly to out-of-area jobsites, primarily in the Midwest
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager on large construction projects, directly overseeing electrical work
Strong skills in project coordination, budgeting, and client/vendor relations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle checks
Willingness to travel extensively for out-of-area jobsites
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction or electrical engineering, OR 5+ years of electrical field trade experience
Experience in mission critical or advanced technologies (e.g., data centers)
Local to the Kansas City metropolitan area
