Responsibilities
Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on providing exceptional customer service
Support Producers in day-to-day servicing of client accounts, including direct contact with clients and insurance carriers
Analyze new and renewal policies and coverages, take client phone calls, process agency bill transactions, quote and present new lines of coverage to round out accounts, and remarket existing lines of coverage
Develop strong relationships and trust with clients, producers, underwriters, carriers, and teammates
Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage
Utilize Applied Epic to manage and track all work
Follow agency and department workflows and procedures to complete daily tasks

Qualification
Required
High level of commercial insurance knowledge
Experience in commercial insurance for events/entertainment industries
Tennessee P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain one
Ability to work in the Central Time Zone
Exemplary organization, time management and prioritization skills
High degree of professionalism along with excellent business writing and communication skills
Team player that contributes to a positive work culture
Preferred
Experience using an insurance management platform (ie: Applied Epic) desirable but not required
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or other related field desired, but not required
Insurance designations are a plus
