Responsibilities

Lead the design and evolution of our DevOps and cloud architecture (Azure)
Guide and mentor a team of 3–4 engineers
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for both on-prem and cloud environments
Drive containerization, serverless architecture, and cloud migration strategies
Ensure compliance with security and software standards
Collaborate across teams to improve delivery velocity and reduce costs

Qualification

DevOps EngineeringCloud ArchitectureCI/CD PipelinesAzure DevOpsDocker/KubernetesTerraformAgile/ScrumMaster’s in Computer ScienceCommunicationLeadership skills

Required

15+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering, including technical leadership
Jenkins or equivalent on-prem DevOps tools – 8+ yrs experience
Azure DevOps – 5+ yrs experience
Docker/Kubernetes – 5+ yrs experience
Terraform – 3+ yrs experience
7+ years leading teams using Agile/Scrum (JIRA experience preferred)
Deep expertise in CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms, and automation
Strong communication and leadership skills
Master's in Computer Science (or equivalent experience/certifications)
