Responsibilities

Independently complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate documentation and compliance with PCI/client policies
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues at client sites
Manage small projects and supervise technicians on these projects
Identify and communicate potential business opportunities
Develop quotes and assist with complex proposals
Ensure that safety standards are met and oversee other technicians' compliance
Mentor junior technicians and contribute to onboarding efforts

Required

Thorough understanding of calibration concepts, accuracy testing, and GMP regulations
Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide technical solutions
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage projects and small teams
Expertise with laboratory equipment (HPLC, chromatography, bio analyzers, etc.)
A two-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or related field
Four years of relevant calibration, instrumentation, or metrology experience

Preferred

Quality System/Pharmaceutical experience preferred
