Responsibilities
Assembles product components, including gluing foam using a spray gun and pneumatic equipment, with precision and consistency
Ensures materials are applied uniformly and positioned correctly (e.g., left/right, front/back), meeting visual and functional quality standards
Communicates effectively
Maintains a clean and organized workstation and ensures tools and equipment are cleaned and in proper working condition
Performs other duties as directed by the supervisor to support production goals and business objectives
Adheres to all safety and quality guidelines and promotes a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or its equivalent (GED for example), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency
Strong attention to detail
Consistency in applying adhesives
Ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of other teams to meet goals
Demonstrated willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment
Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle materials for the duration of the shift
Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
Must be able to see, hear, and perform tasks with or without accommodation
