The role also involves interacting with customers and documenting service calls.

Responsibilities

Roto-Rooter drain service technicians use their skills to provide solutions to sewer and drain problems

A service call begins with diagnosing problems then providing cost estimates to close the sale

Unclog and clean sewers and drains for the customer using Roto-Rooter equipment and tools

Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smartphone

Collect monetary payment and move on to the next service call

Direct interaction with vulnerable populations such as children or elderly

Extensive driving to customer in a timely and professional manner

Entering customers’ residence providing trustworthy service while solving the problem

Qualification
