Equipment Maintenance Technician - Photo

Responsibilities

Complete required safety training and follow all safety policies
Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on production equipment
Document all work performed and complete PM checklists and procedures
Partner with engineering to improve PM procedures and controlled documentation
Safely perform work in hazardous environments using proper PPE (including SCBA or respirator)
Support continuous improvement programs to minimize downtime and increase availability
Collaborate and communicate effectively with maintenance, engineering, and production teams
Participate on the Emergency Response Team

Required

Associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or mechanical field; or equivalent military training; or 24+ months of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience
Proficiency in electrical circuits, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Knowledge of test and calibration equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, etc.)
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong troubleshooting skills with root cause focus
Skilled in proper use of hand tools and PPE
Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently while following established procedures

Preferred

Previous experience with vacuum systems or semiconductor equipment such as ASML Steppers and Scanners, TEL Tracks, DNS Scrubbers, Fusion Systems, KLA CD / Inspection / Overlay Tools, Ellipsometry Equipment, Nikon Inspection Scopes
