Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate equipment, tools, and machine tools for production and prototype builds

Support rapid prototyping activities by adjusting processes and tooling to new designs

Building prototype parts using sewing machines and process

Perform simple and complex maintenance on production and support equipment

Collect, review, and analyze production and prototype data

Train and mentor team members on processes and equipment as needed

Required

High school diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree or certificate preferred

Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience with clothing and textile industries
