Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment efficiently and accurately
Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance
Install new kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications
Provide exceptional customer service during onsite visits
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
