Responsibilities

You will follow Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMIs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules to execute daily tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards

You must demonstrate strong math skills, including the ability to accurately perform calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and weight percentage conversions across various units of measure

You will work in environment that can be hot, noisy, dirty, dusty, and humid, while wearing a respirator, flame-resistant (FR) clothing, and appropriate safety gear

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining large-scale powder production equipment including: power cabinets, blenders, screeners, air classifiers, forklifts, scissor lifts, cranes, and pallet jacks

You will complete minor to moderate machine adjustments and maintenance repairs

Required

A high school diploma or GED is required

Must have the ability to read, understand, and follow complex work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail

Experience operating numerous pieces of plant manufacturing equipment and industrial vehicles

Must be physically capable of performing tasks that involve frequent standing, walking 10,000-12,000 steps per shift, frequently climbing stairs, bending, reaching, hand and finger manipulation, as well as occasional stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 40 lbs

The ability to adhere to strict safety principles and wear PPE such as: full-face or half-face respirator, hard hat, eyeglasses, hearing, uniform for no contact, steel toed shoes, and gloves

Strong computer proficiency is required, including demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), as well as the ability to quickly learn and navigate production-specific software and systems

Ability to adapt to fast paced environment which requires frequent changes to meet customer demands

As a level I (LGG9) Technician: You will possess all the above requirements plus you will have 0-5 years of experience in a related manufacturing or industrial field, along with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge

As a Level II (LGG10) Technician: You will possess all the above requirements plus you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related manufacturing or industrial field, along with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge

As a Level III (LGG11) Technician: You will possess all the above requirements plus you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related manufacturing or industrial field, along with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge
