They are seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on die cast machines and other equipment while adhering to safety and quality principles.

Responsibilities
Perform PM’s for all diecasting and CNC equipment
Assist in developing PM procedures for new and existing equipment based on equipment failures or conditions
Use proper tools and gaging equipment as required to complete required tasks
Work within the required software to close out work orders
Identify potential sources of breakdowns
Issue out wearable items as needed to complete required tasks
Issue work orders as needed for required support
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have completed, or be willing to complete and be actively enrolled in school, a 1-year certificate in industrial maintenance courses
Must be a self starter and possess mechanical aptitude
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
Knowledge of PLC programs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical is required
