Additive Technician (Overnight Shift-Weekdays)
ADDMAN is a company focused on additive manufacturing, seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technician. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining additive machines while ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Setup, operate and perform daily as well as preventative maintenance on additive manufacturing machines
Strictly adheres to proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to use precision measuring instruments i.e. calipers, micrometers, gage pins height gages, dial indicators and precision scales
Changing out equipment to different materials and calibration of equipment
Adhering to the ISO9001 standard and complying with internal quality standards
Proper disposal of hazardous waste
Ability to accurately read and record information (i. e. material manufacture date, serial number, and other criteria) that is critical to the production process
Handling inventory and keeping up with internal MOQ’s for frequently used materials
Part breakouts as related to MJF build units and adherence to tight scheduling
Vapor smoothing setups and how to operate the equipment as well as fixturing parts for smoothing
Perform housekeeping and cleanup duties upon completion of assigned tasks. Actively participate in housekeeping efforts by maintaining an orderly, clean, and safe work area
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Qualification
Required

Computer aptitude (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills and concepts
2-5 of working in a precision CNC machining, additive, or manufacturing environment
Previous aerospace quality experience
Experience with manufacturing /CNC machining processes
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. citizen status
