Responsibilities
Develop 2D and 3D AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 or newer civil and site documentation
Work with managers and design staff to generate plans; section and details based on design discussions
Manage drawing sets
Assist with development of as-built drawings by performing field measurements
Work includes updates and corrections to drawings of municipal map layers (i.e. tax maps, zoning maps, ROSI maps, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare/revise AutoCAD design drawings for municipal, commercial, and industrial facilities
Thorough understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 or newer
Knowledge of Esri, ArcGIS Pro
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Capable of multitasking
Work independently or as part of a team and take direction well
Open to learning/trained in new disciplines/skillsets
High School diploma or equivalent
Two year technical or associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Construction Technology
Preferred
Experience drawing site plans, survey plots, deed/filed map protractions, municipal map layers, etc
Experience with Esri ArcGIS application (i.e. ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro)
