Responsibilities
Maintain facility grounds by ensuring proper care of buildings, equipment and fixtures
Perform minor maintenance and repairs to heating/cooling units and plumbing
Perform structural and roofing repairs to backside barns and stalls including cleaning as required
Gather/dispose of litter and perform weeding activities
Promote workplace safety and OSHA compliance by addressing concerns related to facility maintenance
Assist with construction tasks including handling and/or transporting equipment and materials
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six (6) months of relevant work experience
Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
