Performs routine and specialized tests in clinical or pathology laboratory section in a timely manner according to UHS, Hospitals’, Infection Control, Laboratory and Departmental Policies and Procedures, NYSDOH, CDC Blood and Body Fluids policies and procedures

Priority is given to STAT testing and to tests that require immediate processing

Qualification

NYS Certified Clinical Laboratory TechnicianClinical laboratory experienceAssociate degree

Associate degree in clinical laboratory technology or equivalent (NYS Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician)
