The main responsibility of this position is to keep machines running efficiently and productively while ensuring optimal performance and supporting quality production.

Responsibilities

Install and remove molds based on production needs
Start and cycle presses following standard operating procedures and training instructions
Maintain accurate records to support high-quality production
Perform first-piece inspections and assist with job sampling
Carry out in-process inspections using gauges and SPC monitoring tools
Accurately track machine downtime as needed
Assist floor personnel and support production supervisors as required
Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to safety and production
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
Attend and actively engage in training sessions
Work overtime as needed to meet business demands

Required
