Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Install, service & program fire alarms, access control, CCTV, and nurse call systems
Ensure code compliance (NFPA, state, local)
Work in commercial environments with a strong safety culture
Document and report all service activities
Provide system training to clients
Stay current with industry best practices
Participate in a fair and manageable on-call rotation

Required

5+ years of experience with fire alarm and low voltage systems
Hands-on with EST, Notifier, Honeywell, Simplex, or Siemens panels
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-first mindset
Valid driver's license, clean background, and MVR
Willing to be on-call 1 week every 2 months
Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/heights

Preferred

NICET cert, access control, CCTV, nurse call system experience
Local to Ft. Myers / Sarasota / Naples
