Responsibilities
Monitors and performs non-technical maintenance of plumbing systems, to include standard repair of leaking fixtures, cleaning obstructed waste lines, installing water cooler, and or performing non-technical modification to plumbing and water supply system
Performs carpentry maintenance tasks including routine sheetrock/drywall installation and repair, wind replacement, cabinet and countertop replacement, painting and texturing, and door and hardware installation, paints interior and exterior finishes as appropriate
May perform general maintenance, custodial and trash removal tasks
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
Documents Facilities maintenance requirement maintains appropriate records of work performed
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Learn to skillfully operate and maintain assigned equipment
Perform maintenance, repair
Operate personnel lifts, the use of a multimeter, general hand tool knowledge, safety conscience, general plumbing and a basic understanding of fluid dynamics
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Satisfactorily follow rules and procedures
Maintain equipment and tools
Preferred
Experience including high speed doors, and HVAC
