Provide a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting
Engage clients in skills training designed to enhance functioning leading to community integration and self-sufficiency
Responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care
Provide direct support to clients
Engage clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities
Promote health and wellness
Provide personal assistance services
Offer rehabilitation and vocational skills training and development services
Manage transportation services
Oversee the medication process
Submit clinical documentation
Qualification
Required
Provide a safe and secure environment for clients in a residential setting

Conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care
Provide direct support to clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities
