Responsibilities

Willingness to work extended or flexible hours as required to meet production demands
Strong mechanical background
Basic equipment knowledge
Maintenance skills
Ability to work in stressful situations
Must be willing to work in various locations within and outside the facility
Knowledge of hydraulics
Knowledge of pneumatics
Knowledge of basic plumbing
Knowledge of industrial electricity
MUST be computer proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer integrated equipment
MUST demonstrate mechanical ability, strong math skills, English reading and writing skills and disciplined precision in recording sampling and process data
MUST have a current, valid Driver’s License
MUST be able to lift and carry 30 pound bags
MUST be able to properly handle chemicals per MSDS sheets
May be required to lift up to 75lbs. occasionally, 80% walking or standing, 15% computer work, 5% kneeling or crouching
Experience treating oily and metals waste water from casting and metals washing processes
Experience in industrial waste water pretreatment facilities as lead operator or significant relevant experience is required
Able to read, understand and interpret technical chemical analysis and lab test results
Ability to perform chemical calculations to processes
Experience with plant start up is preferred
Kamtek Forklift Certification Required
Experience as an Industrial Waste Water Operator
