Construction
Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install fiberglass insulation in walls, attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other structures
Remove old or damaged insulation materials as needed
Prepare work areas by cleaning, sealing, and ensuring proper ventilation
Use hand and power tools to apply insulation materials efficiently and safely
Ensure all work meets building codes, energy efficiency standards, and company quality guidelines
Maintain accurate records of materials used and project completion details
Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and handling of insulation materials
Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean worksite
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and contractors to complete projects on schedule
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable using standard hand tools
Able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
Able to bend, twist, and turn the body at the shoulders, waist, and knees
Able to stand for extended periods
Preferred
OSHA 10 is recommended but not required
Installation experience is a plus
