Electronic Technician - Tucson, AZ
ICR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electronic Technician to work with Analog and Digital Electronic Circuit Card Assemblies and Systems. The role involves responsibilities such as soldering PCBs, assembling systems, troubleshooting hardware problems, and documenting technical concepts.

Responsibilities
Must be a motivated and ambitious self-starting individual with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Good mechanical aptitude, hand-eye coordination, dexterity and have the ability to work effectively with a variety of hand tools
Ability to Solder PCBs, build cable assemblies including wire stripping and crimping, and assembling prototype and/or deliverable systems
Ability to perform quality rework on high-density CCAs
Ability to read/use formal and informal schematic drawings, assembly drawings and informal documentation in assembling prototype and deliverable solutions
Ability to work with Windows and Linux based systems. These computer systems may be deliverables and/or tools used in the assembly and testing of deliverable systems
Document and communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical teammates in a clear and effective manner
Document changes as systems are developed/assembled/tested
Identify and troubleshoot hardware problems associated with product design or workmanship issues
Measure/record test data and recognize/report out of tolerance conditions
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work with heavy tooling and fixtures

Preferred
Solder certification (J-STD-001 Soldering)
Familiarity with Python, and/or other programming/scripting languages
Knowledge of Window, Linux, and associated development tools (i.e., Altium, Vivado)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills
High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve problems
