Responsibilities

Assist with client intake and orientation processes
Communicate effectively with staff through verbal updates and written logs
Provide direct support to clients and actively listen to their needs
Maintain a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention when needed
Coordinate and facilitate activities such as educational sessions, recreational events, and group meetings
Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete detailed shift reports
Attend shift changes, team meetings, and company-wide meetings
Ensure clients follow daily schedules and treatment plans
Monitor the medication line and support medication administration protocols
Transport clients to meetings, recreational activities, and other scheduled events
