Rope Access Technician – SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3
STRUCTURAL is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, integrating technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services. They are currently seeking Rope Access Technicians to perform various construction duties including re-pointing, caulking, and waterproofing.

Qualification
Required
Poses and maintains a valid SPRAT level 3 or IRATA level 3 card
Must understand basic principles of construction and common construction tools
Demonstrates the ability to perform basic labor tasks with minimal supervision
Willing to learn and grow as a team
Willing to take direction and feedback in a high paced environment
Employees must provide their own reliable transportation to travel to and from job site. Willing to occasionally travel to out of town projects
Follows and promotes Safety 24/7 culture and exhibits a Safety 24/7 attitude in all situations. Extremely safety conscious. Sets an example for others by demonstrating that safety is a core value. Wears all safety equipment. Assists project teams in ensuring job site is maintained in a safe manner
Preferred
OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST card are a plus
