Automotive Technician

Woodie's Auto Service & Repair is a locally owned automotive service provider with a history dating back to 1963. They are seeking a Master Automotive Technician to provide professional automotive service, diagnose and repair various automotive systems, and contribute to a winning team culture.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems
Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs on an as-required basis

Qualification

ASE certificationsAutomotive mechanical diagnosisProblem-solvingLeadership skillsCustomer-focused attitude

Required

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Own tools
5+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience
Complete understanding of under-hood mechanics and under carriage systems
Willingness to attend training programs when offered
ASE certifications

Preferred

ASE and NC Inspection License
