Ensure that company assets are maintained and repaired
Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner
Prioritize work based on the needs of team, guests and the business
Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks
Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team
Mechanical aptitude is an asset
Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment
