NVA General Practice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care for animal patients and support the veterinary staff by assisting with examinations, treatments, and surgeries.

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments & surgeries
Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by veterinarians
Perform laboratory test
Take digital X-Rays
Provide critical care for animals in need
Assist with animal restraint during procedures
Maintain accurate medical records

Qualification

Veterinary terminologyX-ray equipment operationLaboratory proceduresAttention to detailTeamwork

Required

Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
Experience with X-ray equipment operation
Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work well in a team environment

Previous Experience As a Veterinary Technician Is Preferred
