Commercial HVAC Installer Technician
BGIS is a global leader in facility management, and they are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer Technician to service commercial clients across Georgia and neighboring states. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, requiring travel and collaboration with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems across Georgia and neighboring states (AL, SC, TN, FL, NC)
Perform expert pipefitting, brazing, soldering, and troubleshooting for seamless installations
Travel 2–3 days/week with occasional overnight stays (lodging provided) to service regional clients
Collaborate with a dedicated team of dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors
Operate a fully equipped service van with iPad, iPhone, and PPE
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in commercial HVAC installation and service, with expertise in system replacements
Proficient in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
Strong pipefitting, brazing, and soldering abilities
Excellent troubleshooting and precision in installations
Customer-focused with clear communication
Comfortable with regional travel (2–3 days/week, occasional overnights)
Strong time management to meet project deadlines
EPA Certification (required)
High school diploma or GED; apprenticeship completion preferred
Valid driver's license; subject to drug, background, and driver's license checks
Ability to park a branded company vehicle (high-roof van) at your residence without HOA/local restrictions
Capable of performing the following physical tasks throughout the workday: Standing, walking, or kneeling for extended periods; Climbing and descending ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs; Lifting and transporting items weighing up to 75 lbs; Navigating confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
Willing and able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times

On-Call Compensation: $150 for scheduled on-call duties
