They are seeking an ACTS Technician 1 in the Louisiana Area, responsible for installing temporary cooling towers and performing maintenance and inspections of associated equipment while traveling extensively across North America.

Responsibilities

You’ll be based out of our Chickasha, OK service center while residing in Louisiana

You will be traveling 75 to 80% across North America installing temporary cooling towers including all associated pumps, piping, and electrical equipment- in your company vehicle

Perform maintenance, winterize equipment, and technical inspection of pumps, motors, and panel

Change pump rotations assembly and check for proper rotations on pumps and cooling towers

Execute project schedule as directed by the Project Manager and serve as the project point of contact when the Project Manager is not on-site

Complete necessary service paperwork to ensure and maintain record accuracy, manage inventory, and complete daily job site safety inspections

Required

High school diploma/GED

2-3 years of relevant work experience in construction or heavy industrial field

Strong organizational and customer service skills

Mechanical and electrical aptitude

Knowledgeable and capable of reading and comprehending schematics

Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs

Troubleshoot Aggreko electrical systems, rebuild basic electrical panel and diagram electrical path, service, and load test equipment prior to being shipped

Execute project schedule as directed by the Project Manager and serve as the project point of contact when the Project Manager is not on-site

Complete necessary service paperwork to ensure and maintain record accuracy, manage inventory, and complete daily job site safety inspections
