Process compliance: casting, die lube, plunger lube ratios, cycle times
Support Die Sets as needed
Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects
Operate or tend metal casting
Promotes good housekeeping (5S)
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year experience in process related field
Must possess good interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Promotes good housekeeping (5S)
Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects
Operate or tend metal casting
Preferred
Lean Manufacturing background & Six Sigma preferred
Root Cause Analysis
Statistical Problem Solving & DOE
Manufacturing, Die Casting Preferred
