Roeslein & Associates is a developer and operator of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) projects throughout the United States. The Technician will be responsible for the control, operation, and routine maintenance of the biogas generation system, ensuring optimal performance and safety in operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor biogas production and flare operations; analyze operations and make adjustments as needed to optimize performance

Maintain process equipment: blowers, flares, instrumentation, and controls

Troubleshoot deficient operations and recommend solutions

Perform testing and analysis on Lagoon Digester performance

Safely drive between multiple farms

Follow all process safety requirements

Develop and maintain relationships with other employees

Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner in accordance with company and safety requirements

Promote a positive working environment to achieve organizational goals

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to interpret data and perform process adjustments to optimize performance

Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting required

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based programs

Ability to interact effectively with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts

Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record

Must be at least 21 years old

Must comply with Roeslein's core values for safe and efficient operations and maintain positive relationships with employees

Preferred

Troubleshooting of instrumentation and controls preferred

Knowledge of PLC controls/communication preferred

Knowledge of industrial engines and compressors preferred
