Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair home appliances
Participate in a 1,000-hour paid training program
Learn customer communication skills and conflict resolution
Work independently and manage time effectively
Drive to customer locations for service calls
Qualification
Required
2+ years of electrical, electronics, HVAC/R, maintenance, or plumbing experience
Customer service skills: must be comfortable communicating directly with customers in their homes
Must have good computer skills and be comfortable navigating different computer systems, emailing, using the internet, etc
Comfortable driving 3 hours every day
Comfortable working independently with solid time management skills
Physical ability to handle repetitive lifting and maneuvering of appliances and working with tools
A neat, clean, tidy, and professional appearance is required
Ability to be CORI certified (background screening)
Valid driver's license with clean driving history
Pre-employment physical (including a lift test)
Drug testing
Preferred
Experience working in residential environments strongly preferred
The desire to learn something new, ask questions, and communicate
