Responsibilities

Undertake maintenance duties as directed by the Regional Maintenance and Supplies & Equipment Manager
Perform maintenance of buildings and grounds, including semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and other repair work that does not specifically require a licensed professional
Perform duties with minimal daily supervision
Maintain a flexible work schedule and reliable transportation in the form of a truck
Provide all necessary/basic hand tools and power tools
