Responsibilities

Move parts into position into the Lamination Department
Prep parts in accordance with Cobalt standards
Select appropriate fiberglass material according to part model
Roll out laminate eliminating air bubbles using specific hand tools, rollers, etc
Trim excess material from mold using cutting tool
Mix catalyst into resin using proper handling procedures
Cut fiberglass mat from spool as needed using scissors
Use mill gage to accurately determine material thickness
Other duties may be assigned

Required

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Pull material from rack
Lift up to 20 pounds
