Responsibilities
To provide technical support on indoor/outdoor HVAC equipment to Contractors in the field and over the phone, as well as communicate with internal and external contacts
The Technologist will provide support when and where the customer requires it, to be completed in a timely manner and communicate in a professional attitude while keeping the company's interests in mind at all times
Ability to accept assignments on short notice and work within strict deadlines is essential
The successful candidate will work independently
Qualification
Required
HVAC Engineering Technology Degree/Diploma
Currently attending a mechanical or electrical degree/diploma program
One to five years of related commercial HVAC service experience, including HVAC control systems
A suitable driving record to operate a company vehicle
The ability to travel to various locations in the US and Canada
Ability to accept assignments on short notice and work within strict deadlines is essential
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work in a team environment and have strong people skills
The ability to work independently and be a self-starter
