New Grad, Entry LevelCaliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician. The role involves performing all-purpose duties related to the replacement and repair of automotive glass, ensuring quality standards, and managing time effectively to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities
Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards and ability to perform repairs on damaged glass
Complete a pre and post inspection with customer
May utilize various tools and scanning equipment
Complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device
Ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging
Effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks
Qualification
Required
Be at least 21+ years of age
Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
