This position is responsible for providing and overseeing CAD support for residential and commercial engineers and collaborating with various professionals to assist clients in project development.

Responsibilities

Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed drawings of residential projects
Provide QA/QC for more junior technicians and designers
Train new staff in company softwares and standards
Ability to multi-task, work on multiple projects, and maintain organization
Collaborate with residential and commercial engineers and project managers to meet deadlines
Assure all requirements are met on project documents
Stay updated on latest applicable software developments
Additional related duties as needed

Qualification

AutoCAD Civil 3DCivil site plansMulti-department coordinationWritten communicationVerbal communication

Required

5-7+ years of experience preparing civil site plans
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Ability to work with deadlines in a team environment
Strength in multi-department coordination
Proficient written and verbal communication related to projects
