MFG Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

The Maintenance Technician will ensure the reliability and operation of machinery in a plastic injection molding facility, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.

Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines, extrusion equipment, compressors, HVAC, fire suppression systems, and more
Complete scheduled tasks across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems to minimize downtime
Support engineering-led projects, kaizen events, and continuous improvement efforts that reduce scrap and increase efficiency
Help manage spare parts inventory, assist with building repairs, and coordinate with contractors on system upgrades
Act fast when issues arise, performing timely troubleshooting and repairs to keep production moving
Partner with Production and Maintenance Supervisors to keep operations safe, smooth, and efficient
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or technical training a plus)
Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic system repair
Knowledge of injection molding, pneumatic conveying, chilled water systems, and grinders
Skilled in using a multimeter for electrical troubleshooting
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Ability to read hydraulic schematics
Welding
Machining
Lean manufacturing experience
