The Field Service Technician will perform repairs and maintenance of Hamilton Medical ventilation products in the Southern Connecticut and New York territory, focusing on customer interaction and technical support.

Report problems and perform root cause analysis on instrument failures

Sales are a vital part of this position

Qualification

Required

Associate degree required in Electronics, Biomedical Electronics Technology, or certificate from accredited electronics school or equivalent combination of education and experience

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

Ability to interface and communicate well with customers

Ability to train non-technical personnel on highly technical material

Ability and willingness to work in a safety conscious manner

Position requires exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

Position requires travel

Drug and background screenings required
