They are seeking an Apprentice Plumber/Service Technician who will undergo extensive training to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, perform drain cleaning services, and interact with customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Use skills to provide solutions to plumbing and drain problems

Diagnose problems and provide cost estimates to close the sale

Perform sewer and drain cleaning services for customers utilizing specialized Roto-Rooter equipment and tools

Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smartphone

Collect monetary payment and move on to the next service call

Engage in direct interactions with vulnerable populations, including children and the elderly

Conduct extensive driving to customer locations in a timely and professional manner

Enter customers’ residences to deliver reliable service while resolving plumbing issues

Qualification

Mechanical aptitudePlumbing knowledgeCommunication skills

Required

A valid driver's license

Excellent communication skills

A mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not necessary
