THIS POSITION REQUIRES NIGHTS AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
JOB LOCATIONS: Travel to various job sites in NORTH JERSEY, CENTRAL, SOUTH JERSEY
INCLUDING STATEN ISLAND, BRONX, NYC
Looking for a self-starter to help our facilities management team
Needs to have a working knowledge of all trades to include: carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical
Perform duties within the required time frame as directed by the Lead or Chief Facilities Maintenance Technician
Must be able to complete work order tasks from clients in an organized and timely manner
Needs to be well spoken and continue our relationships with our client base
Must maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times
Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors in compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Maintain inventory of lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and other building related supplies and tools
Proactively inspect grounds and building appearance and condition
Mobile FMT responsible to schedule maintenance to company vehicle i.e., oil changes, alignment, etc
Follow all state traffic laws while in company vehicle
Maintaining a clean appearance inside and out of the vehicle
Vehicle not to be used for personal use
Keep vehicle locked when not in use
Qualification
Required
Nights and weekend availability
Working knowledge of all trades to include: carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical
