Update work order status in a timely manner
Qualification
Required

Mechanically minded
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with 5-10 years of driving experience
Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in the customers' homes
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (if necessary)
High school diploma or GED
Proficient in ServiceDesk or similar reporting systems
