They are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Chiller Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and installation of various HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine, and unscheduled, maintenance and repair of commercial systems including air-cooled chillers, centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air handler units, valves, fan coil units, variable air volume systems, etc

Diagnose and repair machine and equipment defects including electronic, mechanical, and electrical components related to these systems

Inspect and test system components to ensure proper operation, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards

Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, general servicing, and troubleshooting of mechanical HVAC systems

Assist in installing, retrofitting, and commissioning commercial chiller systems and related HVAC equipment

Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to assess and repair HVAC systems

Responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site, customer interface

Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial/industrial Chiller and Refrigeration Equipment

Comfortable and knowledgeable in electrical including electrical components, timers, contactors, relays

Adhere to safety protocols and comply with regulatory requirements related to HVAC and refrigeration systems

Qualification

Active EPA CertificationCommercial HVAC experienceTechnical training in HVACOSHA 10 certificationMechanical aptitudeProblem-solving skills

Required

Valid Driver License w/acceptable driving record

Active EPA Certification

2+ years' of experience in a commercial HVAC setting with Chillers

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Preferred

OSHA 10 certification

Technical training in HVAC or Refrigeration

Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
